At Sparrow Clothing, we want you to love what you wear. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Returns Eligibility

You may request a return if:

  • The item was purchased from sparrow.clothing
  • The request is made within 7 days of delivery
  • The item is unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • All original tags and packaging are intact

Non-returnable items:

  • Final sale items (if marked)
  • Gift cards
  • Items damaged due to misuse

2. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return:

  1. Email us at info@sparrow.clothing
  2. Include:
    • Order number
    • Reason for return
    • Photos (if item is defective or damaged)

Once approved, you will receive return instructions.

3. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service
  • Sparrow Clothing is not responsible for lost return shipments

4. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for:

  • Size issues
  • Defective or damaged items

If you need a different size, contact us within 3 days of delivery.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • You will be notified of approval or rejection
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or wrong item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide photos as proof
  • We will offer a replacement or full refund at no additional cost

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  • Check your bank or payment provider
  • Contact your credit card company (processing delays may occur)

8. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement
  • Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled
